This is Sydney-based blogger Jamie-Lee Burns' Mejuri curation: a soft and minimal selection of pieces in solid gold and vermeil, all with with details made for the everyday, whether you're playing it cool or sophisticated.
What’s your favorite Mejuri piece?
The olive leaf ear jacket earrings.
How do you like to style it?
I think these look gorgeous with a silk camisole, and fitted pair of trousers and some strappy sandals.
Silver or gold?
I love both, but I think I definitely gravitate more towards gold.
Earrings, bracelets or necklaces?
Earrings - if you have the right pair they make such a statement!
Chokers or necklaces?
At the moment it's a dainty choker (I haven't been able to take the Spheres choker off since I got it!); a lot of my necklines are a little higher and I love how delicate a fine choker sitting at the base of the neck looks.
Hoops or studs?
I'll pick a pair of studs over hoops any day - I always manage to get hoops caught up in my hair, but that aside I just love the look of a simple pair of studs for every day.
Do prefer to stack your jewelry or are you more minimalistic?
I sit on the more minimalistic end of the scale; I'll stack a couple of fine rings, or two necklaces, but typically I like to let a piece of jewelry stand out on its own.
What’s your favorite gem stone?
Do you wear jewelry everyday?
Yes! I can't leave the house without my engagement ring (and now wedding band), and a pair of my favorite earrings.
